HELPFILES
  - fixed cutoffs in FREEDOM FROM HUNGER and FREEDOM FROM THIRST

CODE

 - recuperate works in any awake position (sitting, standing, etc)
 - courage/valor/iron will prerequisites fixed
 - chant penalty to mitigation applies when you've learned the skill 
   and doesn't go away when you no longer qualify for chant
 - warcry set and warcry change work again
 - warcry bellow obeys the warcry timer
 - partial harvest failure will now give a more accurate message
 - You can now leave an instance (to start a different instance, 
   recycle timers still apply for the instance you've left or 
   finished)
 - Some attempts at removing the situation that causes corpses to 
   duplicate over crashes

   INSTANCE LEAVE (or INSTANCE DEPART)
     o You may now immediately leave an instance.
     o You cannot be in the instance at the time. Any corpses within the 
       instance will be moved to the 'evacuation room' and you will be 
       notified.
     o ONLY corpses will be transported out. Charmies, items dropped on 
       the ground, etc are stuck in the instance and will stay there
       until the instance closes.

 
AREAS
 - med monk checks and charges med era levels instead of ancient
 - SL2 run time reduced
 o Fewer mobs past the first gate (sidhe, fomori, humans). There 
   are only one each of the medallions now
     o reduced the hit points on the guardians
     o reduced the number of forlorn souls before Carman becomes active
     o reduced the number of beings of pure evil that spawn during the 
       carman fight, and restructured how the carman fight works a 
       little
     o reduced the number of sleepers (again, it's already been reduced 
       at least twice)
     o reduced the amount of time spent before the 3 events take place 
       during the bane of dagda fight as well as altered how the fights 
       play out once inside each of those events
